A Typical Day Might Include Breakfast, Morning Snack, Lunch and Evening Snack

Start your mornings with a comforting South Indian touch think dosa or idly with chutney powder and ghee, Cheerios, oatmeal with banana slices, or whole wheat pancakes. Each day is served with a glass of milk to keep energy levels steady and strong.

Keep the mid-morning munch simple and fresh. Enjoy seasonal fruits like pear, grapes, or apple, rotating daily to keep the flavor and nutrients exciting while keeping hunger at bay until lunch.

Midday meals are designed to be nutritious and satisfying. Expect a rotation of:

  • Rice dishes: mango dhal rice, curry rice, spinach & paneer rice, or sambar rice
  • Sides: fresh carrot or cucumber slices, or salad
  • Optional extras like cheese chapati or cheese pasta add variety
